In this studio, I developed core design skills through hands-on exploration, critical analysis, and iterative making. The course was structured around four phases, beginning with research into global pattern systems and progressing through natural specimen analysis, 2D-to-3D form translation, and digital rendering. I created abstract diagrams, built physical paper models, and ultimately designed a functional object grounded in both natural organization and cultural insight. This project was visualized in imagined interior spaces using digital tools. The course emphasized collaboration, inclusivity, and conceptual thinking—encouraging me to approach design as a thoughtful, culturally aware process.
